Holiday - 2008-2009 .. Amaryllis from my "Soccer" Brunch

I got 2 Amaryllis bulbs from the Soccer Ladies at our Christmas Brunch in December. I usually have a "black thumb"....but these actaully thrived....I think I need to remember to put them in the "sun"....of course we're all "sun deprived" around here lately!!! But aren't these "gorgeous"? I also bought a little "Ivy" plant last year for Ivy Jane's birthday party...that has survived for more than a year....that's a record for me. Sure makes you long for Spring!!!
