January 12, 2009 - Mom gets a "new Eye"...Yippe - Cataract removal at Worcester Medical

Hi all...we're all psyched for Mom and Dad...Dr. Candal performed her cataract removal and "implantation of an Intraocular Lens" Monday at Worcester Medical...Dr. Candal told Theresa he is pretty confident that she'll be able to see 50 to 70% better out of her left eye. That's great news for Mom. She's all excited. Here they all are having a "comfort" supper as they were starved...Mom could not eat all day....All is well...will keep everyone posted!!! We were teasing Mom saying "you look like a terrorist"!!!
