January 20 - "cookies"....Grammie is "crazy"

I know for sure I'm nuts!!! I also know now why I always thought I had the greatest Mom (and grandmothers)......she always let us help bake cookies and she taught me how to make cakes, etc. I also used to watch my Granny and Nana make scones and pie crusts. What a lot of work and what a MESS...as you see here...but they were having so much fun and as Lance said "M&M's" in the cookies. What could be better or more fun? Hey Lynne, want to join our "cooking session" next week? It's easier with "2 handlers"!!!! See you soon!!!

January 20 - Brian balances Lincoln.....

Brian has fun with Lincoln as he balances him on his "wicked strong" hands!!! Lincoln loves it of course. I don't think Lincoln is ever "idle"!!! I'll be heading down to Bristol this weekend to take care of them for a few days while their "other Mom" has a vacation- Good for you Terry!!!

January 17 - Abby's Ballet shopping

We took Abby to Patterson's (where her Mom Carrie as gone for many years) and the same nice gal "Fern" helped us outfit Abby. She's saying "Grammie's house"...since we told her we were coming to our house after the shopping. Too funny!!!

January 20 - Mom's birthday...

I meant to put these photographs up for Mom's birthday...these are flowers that JP and Frankie sent to Mom for her birthday. She loves getting flowers. I think Mom and Dad look cute here.

Our "Grandog" Gable Archibald

We love Gable...he's the greatest dog....he's been a part of our family for a long time...He's hard to photograph since he's like the boys as he NEVER sits still. He's in constant motion playing, running, chasing and dragging the sleds down the snow covered hills.....

January 17 - Abby gets her first Ballet outfit....

We took Abby to Patterson's in Burlington....Fern helped us outfit her with shoes and her "tu tu"....Fern helped Carrie prepare for many dance recitals and competitions for many years ...now she's helping the next generation of ballerinas.... Even Pepe' is trying to "purette" just like his grandaughter. Maybe he should consider a new career in the ballet when he retires?

Abby kept saying "Clinton"?
Watching "I dig dirt" for the 20 thousanth time!!!

January 20 - hanging out with the Boys from Bristol

Lincoln feels like a "big guy" walking on the top of the snow pile....
Lance has fun running up and down the sidewalk with his candy cane in tow.
Remember when Gable helps pull the sled down the hill....Lance doesn't mind....
Here are the boys cleaning up the sidewalk....

January 19 & 20 - Hangin with the Boys from Bristol....

I did not have school on Tuesday - so I took a quick trip to Bristol to hang with the "boys" for a few days. Had a fun visit. Lance kept calling me "Nana" by mistake. What's a "name" between grandmothers....I'm sure he calls Lynne "Grammie" sometimes ha Lynne?
Lincoln keeps asking "can we go see the kitty Gram"? And every time he goes down there to play (I mean harass) her, he stands there and requests, "Gram get the camera and get a picture". He's too funny....he just loves patting her and trying to find her as she tries to "escape" his attention. Too cute ha?
Lincoln is funny...wanting to get in the dryer while I'm doing laundry!!!
Lance and Lincoln were "jumping" on the bed....but I managed to get one cute photograph of the two of them together.
